The partners of the firm were initially practicing at RIEK & TUT ATTORNEYS. We have wealth of experience in providing legal services in contentious and non-contentious matters. We assist our clients in resolving their business legal issues and guide them in general regulatory compliance.
The partners of KB Law Firm are advocates admitted to the Bar Association in South Sudan. One of them, Adv. Isaac Kawai Steve is also admitted to the Bar in Kenya, hence he is a member of Law Society of Kenya and East Africa Law Society. Kawai is also commissioner for oaths, he has the power to administer oaths in form of affidavits, commission power of attorney and notarize documents in accordance with the law of South Sudan.
Adv. Bol Tut Luny, the other partner is also admitted to the Bar in South Sudan and he is currently awaiting his admission to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
